BlackBerry® Connect™ technology allows Symbian phones* to wirelessly connect to BlackBerry® Enterprise Server and BlackBerry® Internet Service. BlackBerry Connect software works seamlessly with the existing applications on the phone, so customers can enjoy a familiar Symbian OS™ user experience and the advantages of BlackBerry® push technology.
Available Features
BlackBerry Connect technology supports the following BlackBerry features via BlackBerry Enterprise Server and BlackBerry Internet Service**:
- Integration with existing accounts – Manage supported work and personal email accounts directly from your Symbian phone. You'll get the benefit of BlackBerry push technology and a separate inbox for each account.
- Attachment viewing – Open and view email attachments in popular formats such as Microsoft® Word, Excel® and PowerPoint®, Adobe® PDF, Corel® WordPerfect®, HTML and ASCII.
- Wireless email synchronization – Easily manage email with automatic, wireless synchronization of device and desktop mailboxes.
