BlackBerry Technical Knowledge Center

The Technical Knowledge Center is an online repository of BlackBerry support information, documentation and frequently asked questions, with advanced search capabilities.

Upon logging into the BlackBerry Technical Knowledge Center (TKC) you can log new and monitor existing support tickets by selecting My Service Requests in the left navigation pane. 

You will require your TKC Login ID and Password to gain enhanced access into the BlackBerry Technical Knowledge Center.

What information is required to receive support?

Please provide the following information within any email support requests or have it on hand when contacting BlackBerry Technical Support by telephone:

  1. Technical Support Services subscriber code
  2. BlackBerry® Enterprise Server SRP ID (What's this)
  3. BlackBerry Smartphone PIN (What's this)

Renew your Technical Support Services subscription

North American customers can visit https://www.blackberry.com/storefront/order.asp to renew online. Your Technical Support Services Subscription code, BlackBerry Enterprise Server SRP ID(s) and total number of active Client Access Licenses (CAL) will be required during the renewal process.

To renew your organization’s Technical Support Services package, fax your credit card or purchase order to:

  • Credit Card Type/Number/Expiration Date or Purchase Order Number
  • Legal Company Name, Address and Phone Number

  • The BlackBerry Enterprise Server SRP ID(s) and the number of BlackBerry smartphones and/or BlackBerry enabled devices in use
